Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Gig Submissions & Payouts

EarnproX is a micro-tasking platform. Users earn rewards by completing tasks. Once a withdrawal request is processed to your UPI ID, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.

2. Task Rejections

If a submitted task proof is found to be fake, invalid, or violates our terms, the admin reserves the right to reject the task. No compensation or refund of effort will be provided for rejected tasks.

3. Failed Transactions

If a payout initiated by EarnproX fails due to bank server issues or an incorrect UPI ID provided by the user, the amount will be reversed to the user's EarnproX wallet within 5-7 working days.
